Do you offer samples?
We offer samples for partners and stockists interested in carrying our products in a retail setting. If you are brand new to essential oils and looking for some guidance to start your journey, our most popular starter pack is the sampler.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Magpieshines essential oil products are handmade to order to ensure the longevity of the product. Any products with a hydrosol base should be used within 8 months and all oil products within 1 year. Most products can be refrigerated to extend their life, and should always be stored away from heat and direct sunshine. Browse products here.

Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any product returns at this time. However, your satisfaction is our priority so please reach out if you are dissatisfied with an order or have any questions. Additionally, if for any reason your products arrive damaged, defective or incomplete - we will make the situation right immediately.

What about custom blends?
We are always happy to work with you on a custom blend that suits your needs. Magpieshines carries a vast knowledge of essential oils and a diverse variety of oils. We are always happy to make custom blends upon request, submit a form here.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping due to high costs on individual products. In the case that you may be interested in a large wholesale order, we can always provide a freight estimate before purchase.
